Customer Experience:

Responsive and responsible selling
Ensure error free customer application documentation
Ensure smooth on-boarding of customer and issuance of the product.
Provide prompt service and endeavour toward nil Customer complaints
Risk Assurance
Attend applicable Sales Training refreshers
Remain compliant and adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements
Conduct CDD, MLP TCF diligently
Zero tolerance - Fraud, MIS-selling

Post Graduate with minimum 2 year s relevant working experience / Graduate with 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of and experience in securities finance products [Loan Against Shares, Margin Finance, IPO Funding - Capital Markets]
Strong communication, interpersonal skill and drive with ability to influence outcomes
