Job Description

• Market research, positioning, prospecting and identifying appropriate business development plans.
• Generating new leads and follow up of leads provided by HODs to convert it in to business
• To visit customers on daily basis and promote our products
• Price negotiations in coordination with HODs
• Follow up for advance and balance payments.
• Achieving monthly target set by the HOD.
• Maintain excellent relations with customers and interact with customers to ensure the delivery of the promised services in-time.
• To plan for expansion and growth in response to market dynamics.
• Promotion of company and allied services in the market (local, non local) to ensure respectable share of the business.
• Customer database: Development and Analysis.
• Participate in marketing expo, exhibitions, seminars to promote company products
• Organizing Meetings/camps/awareness programmes etc., leading to brand/ image building of the company.
• Stabilize good and meaningful relationship with customers, Companies.
• Responsible for designing programmes in respective areas in Co-ordination with Management.
• Update and keep abreast with the latest knowledge related to the job.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate with MBA in Marketing required
• Candidates with experience in Water chemicals or water treatment chemicals will be given preference.
• Must have 2 wheeler with valid license
• Must have 3+ years experience in marketing & business development
• Must possess good communication skills verbal & written (English, Hindi & Telugu)
• Salary will be best as per industry + petrol allowance + incentives
