ProductAnalysts are responsible and participate in end to end product development life cycle. They are in charge ofanalysing requirements, writing blueprints, undertake gap analysis with existing products and define solutions to fill the gaps (workshops, specification development, elaboration, etc). This role is not just about taking specifications and creating what is asked for. Its about listening to market conditions, analyzing business processes, and identifying the impactfulproducts that help the organization grow.


You will be:
- Responsible for writing and defining the functional roadmap and functional architecture of product with global view.
- Playing role of functional expert responsible for particular or multiple domains of product like (CARDS, Wholesale, Collections, Payable, Receivables, payments etc.)
- Ensure that any change in functionality at domain level is compatible with product globally and without any negative impact.
- Responsible for analysing requirements, undertake gap analysis with existing products and define solutions/blueprints to fill the gaps.
- Involved indefining of customizable product configuration for the product in line with business requirements.
- Responsible for supporting the development and testing teams during the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for overall scope and trigger change-management process when needed (CRs, evolutions, etc)
Must Have:
- Bachelors degree/MCA /MBA or equivalent with intensive Software Industry.
- Product development experience andmultiple stakeholder management experience.
- Should be able tostructure requirement as per development norms of DLC with methodologies like waterfall, agile, iterative development.
- Background and basic knowledge of technology/framework like Java, Eclipse, SVN/Jenkins etc. and tools used in software development.
- Good understanding of database design concepts and knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL skill.
- Experience in domains like Retail/Corporate Lending, Leasing, Mortgages and wholesale etc.
- Knowledge of loan/lease originations, credit, pricing, loan servicing, collections and accounting with expertise in at least one of the above areas.
- Hands-on lending / leasing industry experience is additional advantage.
- Product understanding is mandatory.
- Experience of requirement gathering, solution, design and implementation of any leasing or lending product ( LoanPath, Finnone, Finacle , InfoLease, Odessa, Lease Wave, FLEXCUBE, etc.)
- Fluent and strongcommunication skills (Written and oral both).
- Good presentation skills.
