The ideal candidate should possess:

Understanding of international standards (ISO 22301/27001/31000 etc.) and associated compliance requirements.

Have a keen interest in Research, Development and Analysis

Believe in the importance of the role that the Risk and Compliance functions contribute to organizations

Be able to toggle between Customer, Business, Management and Enterprise risk perspectives

• Have a strong understanding of Risk Management domain.
• Have good presentation, analytical, report writing and MIS skills.
• Have good knowledge of sources and necessary experience in publishing reports, undertaking analytical and design initiatives

Proactive in nature with an eye for detail and quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to influence stakeholders positively and logically convince stakeholders to take necessary actions.

Strong analytical skills and experience to come up with meaningful insight to help make informed decision by the leadership team.

Be a self-starter with good inter personal skills and ability to work with multiple teams from delivery and enabling functions across locations.

Project Management experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, propose and undertake independent studies and research on topics that are relevant and help build domain perspective for the BCM team
• Develop and maintain a 'knowledge portal' and promote a culture of knowledge sharing within the team and HCL
• Undertake studies, benchmarking exercise, initiatives with various audiences to understand trends backed with data, to help management to take meaningful decisions for the future of the program
• Design solutions, processes, frameworks, etc for the function on various relevant subjects within the domain
• Support Training and Awareness initiatives
• Support Management Information system Reporting initiatives for the function
• Identify areas of improvement and suggest changes, if any, to functional leadership
• Do independent analysis of data to come up with various cuts to help Sr. management with making informed decision with respect to aspects of the BCM Program

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Graduate /Post Graduate with interest in Business Analysis, R&D
• Between 4 to 7 years of experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, in a fast-paced environment
• Necessary project management and presentation skills
• Good hands on exposure with MS Office suite tools
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders and ability to influence to get the required data on time
• Good networking skills
