  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry 7 to 10 years experience in Business Analysis, data, market research, analysis, pricing, etc
  • Advanced excel, BI tool, SFDC, to generation reports, data giving inputs to the Sales team Management.

Key Accountabilities Duties:

  • Drives the implementation of account management across, with focus on APAC markets, ensuring good share of practices between different BU.
  • Drives SFDC implementation, and heshe is responsible for completeness and excellence, in account management planning.
  • Acts as business partner and plays an instrumental role in connecting dots between sales marketing and business development
  • Strengthens the cross country communication and knowledge sharing among the Pharma Capsules US, EMEA APAC
  • Leads key strategic and tactical initiatives for APAC with high focus on India China, providing countries with actionable recommendations
  • Drive the regional Sales Operations Process by moving towards a commercial driven mindset in order to both drive Sales and realize cost savings
  • Leads pricing initiatives in the regions
  • Manage the information gathering, analytical and implementation processes for the above topics.
  • Creates the mechanisms and processes to capture, analyze and use market level data to better understand the current competitive environment; identify attractive growth opportunities and new customer targets and create value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in co-operation with marketing and sales team.
  • Oversee and be directly engaged in the collection of information, generation of insights and recommendations to address various business issues and opportunities
  • Manage relations with outside stakeholders such as global functions and other RegionsBU sand heshe ensures that sufficient knowledge about the capsules business in key accounts in shared among the LPB stakeholders calling on those accounts.
  • Designs and implements KPIs to monitor sales performance.
  • Designs and implement reports and tools to support the sales organization to monitor the business healthiness.
