Job Description

As a Business Analyst, candidate will support highly impactful projects across multiple functions. She/he will work closely with senior leaders and team members across multiple functional areas to drive growth analytics. You will participate in the planning and implementation of strategic projects in a fun, creative, and inspiring work environment.

Skills :

• Proactive and action oriented. Great knowledge of B2B industry and Marketing. Candidate is also expected to be tech-savvy and updated with all the Marketing Analytics/trends.

Responsibilities :

• You will own reporting and insights to identify and evaluate opportunities to drive funnel conversion.

• Develop and streamline necessary dashboards and one-off analyses, providing ability to surface business-critical KPIs, monitor the health of marketing channels and effectively communicate performance.

• Convert data into insights including implications and recommendations that are specific and actionable for the Operations, Data Analytics, Marketing team and across the business.

• Partner with other analysts as well as data engineering and technology teams to support building a best-in-class marketing platform and data infrastructure.

• Identify, implement, and analyze a/b tests and campaigns.

• Use customer centric data analysis, data visualization, segmentation and a/b testing to optimize across channels and within campaigns.

• Drive attribution modeling and inform stakeholders.

• Support operations (e.g. segmentation, targeting) and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Education Qualification :

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills and organizational skills. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, experience in successfully dealing with professional colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

• Computer skills, including a high-level proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point is mandatory.

• Ability to gain proficiency in new software packages is mandatory.

• Must subscribe to and exhibit highest standards of business ethics.
