Job Description

Required Work Experience:

Approximately 8-12 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Must have minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Core banking, particularly in retail banking modules
Working knowledge in Retail Banking Domain
A motivated individual with a great sense of responsibility.
A work ethic of dependability through punctuality, flexibility, and adaptability to perform as an efficient, detail-oriented team player.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with displayed levels of knowledge, skills and responsibilities.
Preferably experience in Agile project environment

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can effectively communicate business and technical information across the organization, being sensitive to the needs of unique audiences

Problem Solving:

Is able to collaborate with IT and business personnel to manage problem resolution effectively
Work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically
