Business Analyst Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:-  Graduation or Post graduate in specific field.

Job description:

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requirements gathering by meeting business stakeholders
• Translating needs into requirements for the system with data flow diagram, flowchart etc
• Research, analyze, recommend, and participate in the deployment of solutions
• Work closely with the Development team for implementing solutions
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth integration of products
• Creating test cases and validate the solution once the implementation is over
• Effective risk/issue management, timely escalations, accurate and timely submission of reports required by the project and organization
• Producing report for project status when there is a change
• Analyzing the reports and data provided by customer and recommend changes in the system
• Active participation in all phases of software development

• Should be familiar with Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, SQL, Google Analytics and Tableau like softwares and tools.
• Experience in documenting and modifying the new and existing requirements such as process flows, functional requirements, User Interface mock-ups, user stories, and conceptual data diagrams
• Experience facilitating product concept sessions with internal and external clients
• Experience working with QA and developers, especially as a liaison to subject matter experts, to identify and resolve functional issues
• Experience with web enterprise architectures preferred
• Experience with the Agile development methodology
• Experience in creating and delivering presentations
