Location : Faridabad(Charmwood Plaza, Suraj Kund road)

Job Description :-

Interact with sales, training team & distribution to help them achieve goal sheet / sales targets while ensuring that the persistency & productivity is maintained
To ensure quality of Branch Level Training Programs
To Monitor the performance of BTs
To ensure that right selling behavior, sales ethics and right sales practices are embedded through the training imparted in line with company standards and regulations.
To Monitor & Drive Compaliance at the zone.
To Reports to Zonal Training Manager
