Job Description

Any Graduate. PGDM/ MBA preferred
Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills - local hire
Minimum of 5-7 years of in-depth experience in sales, branch banking operations and customer service with a reputed bank with proven track record in liabilities, third party products and assets sales across customer segments.
Responsible for driving business targets for unsecured loans and conversion of existing borrowers for liabilities at the prime branch and associated branches
Ensure exceptional customer service, proactive sales environment and efficient branch operations, while adhering to regulations/compliance requirements
Focus on retaining existing customers, increasing the customer base and cross-selling Ujjivan's products and services
Oversee branch operations, cash management and service quality
Responsible for working closely with product and marketing teams to drive campaigns in respective cluster

Monitor daily performance of branch staff

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must be having minimum 5 year of experience in same location.
Candidate should be from Banking Industry
Should have work exposure of CASA, liability etc.
Team handling experience must

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
