Job Description

Coordinate with the Client on a daily basis for their queries and problem through email. • Coordinate with the operations dept. to get the client query/ problem resolved on a daily basis timely and perfectly. • Operating computers and the internet. • Administrative support for all data entry on a daily basis with MS Excel. • Maintaining records on a daily basis. • preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly • Handling queries from all over locations via E-Mails, telephone calls, etc. • Making bills on Tally ERP 9. • To do filing work. • Knowledge of MIS. • To do billing work.
