Job Description

Role

* To build, lead and continuously develop a high-performance QA team that ensures deliverable
meet the high-quality standards of the company.

Responsibilities

* Should be a mentor for the Junior automation QA and train them in appropriate tools and technologies
* Experience in application interface testing using Soap UI/postman etc.
* Strong knowledge of Build and deployment in Continuous integration is strongly desirable
* Advanced understanding of source code repositories, branching and merging strategies.
* Any Mobility automation testing is desirable (Appium/Perfecto/See Test etc.)
* Perform root cause analysis for all the script issues/coverage and provide the report with the required stakeholders
* Perform the review of the automation scripts created by the team and ensure the review comments are discussed and closed

Skills and Experience

* 6 - 9 Years of strong experience in testing
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Selenium web driver Automation test estimation, Automation frame work design and any one of the Automation script preparation (Java/Python/Ruby/Groovy/Oops Concept)
* Adequate working knowledge of Junit or TestNG
* Minimum 2+ Years of experience in Selenium Cucumber or Jbehave
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Agile projects
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills is desirable

Added advantage:
* Good experience in VB Macros
* Performance/Security Testing experience
* Demand ware application Testing knowledge
* E commerce Testing experience

Location/travel required
Base Location: Pune
Travel to other Isobar locations and client sites, depending on the project requirement.
