Job Description

Knowledge in Infra based automations Experience in cloud based automations in environments like AWS and/or Azure.

Knowledge/Experience in cloud architecture [AWS and/or Azure]

Expertise in Ansible based infra automations Expertise in Ansible core and/or Ansible tower

Understanding of CI/CD concepts Knowledge/Experience in Azure DevOps Knowledge in artifact based builds in DevOps tools like Jenkins / Chef / Puppet Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline Builds in DevOps tools like Jenkins / Chef / Puppet Experience in Version Control with GIT / GIT HUB

Basic understanding of SQL DB concepts and queries Experience in PowerShell Scripting, VBA, Bash Add-ons : Python, JavaScript

Ability to adapt to Agile methodology Expert knowledge of how Orchestration works with ServiceNow. Knowledge to create and modify workflows in ServiceNow

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Workflow, Integrations Configuration experience of Discovery and Orchestration
