Delivery and operations related
Working closely with the Engineering / delivery team finalize the specs and requirements
Perform the competitive analysis, product spec comparison / benchmarkingetc.
Work closely with delivery team to follow the development and technical challenges and to study the impact on program timelines and cost
Responsible for overall program management, drivel weekly, monthly update calls with all the stakeholders
Leveraging the partner ecosystems and relationships to co-develop the solutions and to drive joint GTM strategies
Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the product offerings while working closely with the sales channel and strategic customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Graduation in engineering (BE) and masters in management (MBA) is preferable
Basic programming skills, appreciations of evolving digital technologies (IOT, CLOUD, EMBEDDED Solutions..) etc.
> 5 years professional experience product development, product management & product marketing functions
Exposure to product development and project management in IT industry
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Willingness travel/ work from different locations (days to week) to stay on top of program to drive project plan

KEY SKILLS Experience / exposure to product management, people management, understanding the customer needs, product development, requirements analysis, pricing, program planning, competitive analysis, sales planning, financial planning, manufacturing and aftermarket cycle.
