Job Description

  • Serves as lead engineer on mid- to large size projects.
  • Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
  • Approves and signs off on work.
  • Provides technical expertise for studies and design efforts.
  • Presents complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Performs quality control reviews of work developed by others.
  • Participates in development of technical proposals.
  • Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements on large projects.
  • Preparing public health reports and drawings to ensure quality of output.
  • Provide technical expertise when applying public health engineering principles, techniques and methods to the planning and design of building services projects.
  • Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are identified and addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery.
  • Preparation of Revit models, as required.
  • Supervision of Revit Team

Minimum Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience of working in the Public Health Engineering design.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in international projects and preferably in the Middle East.
  • To work for the design of the residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Experience in the design of the Public Health Engineering (Sanitary and storm water drainage, cold and hot water domestic water supply, gas storage and distribution systems, miscellaneous piping services, etc.).
  • Should be knowledgeable in building design services, associated regulations, and technical standards.
  • Experience in MEP Revit, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Capable of working on own initiative.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good attention to details.
