Job Description

Role: Associate manager
Location: Sarita Vihar, Delhi

Job Description:

Generate podcast ideas, across different genres, that target broad and diverse new audiences.
Work closely with sound engineers in producing the show and perform soup-to-nuts production tasks, including prepping the talent, writing scripts / promos, researching and fact-checking, and managing talent.
Communicate constantly and clearly with the multiple teams internally in sharing weekly episodes, show promos, metadata, etc. with other members and ensure the episode is taken live smoothly.
Work closely with legal team in understanding and drafting the contracts as per the discussion with the talent.
Work in sync with Finance team in terms of invoicing and processing the payments for the talent.
Monitor show performances by working in sync with marketing and data team and derive different strategies if required.
Lead and/or participate in the production of pilot projects, from development to execution.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines and responsibilities at once, keeping EPs and others updated.
