Job Description

Management of reimbursement portal, internal pages and partner portal along with related activities
Preparation and tracking of contest / incentive closure reports as per formats and process defined
Query management with desired TAT and quality
Periodic self-checks / reviews ensuring strict adherence to the processes
Record keeping as per process
Effective budget provision tracking & actual expenses
Periodic financial reporting HOD and stakeholders
Provisioning activities tracking / reporting as per formats and process defined
Manage cross functional projects to drive improvement in process metrics, quality matrices and achieve company / department goals
Liaise between Sales and Support teams for resolution of bottlenecks
Take periodic customer feedback for continuous process improvement in responsible areas of work
