Job Description

Responsible for day to day accounting
Review of works done by accounting team as required
Audit planning and execution
Ensuring DT and IDT compliance
Budget VS actual analysis
Working on fund requirement
Managing cost center accounting and reporting
Driving simplification and process improvements
Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Required Skills & experience

Qualification and experience

CA --- 7 to 9 years

Team management experience

6-8 years

Work experience

Month end close process-Indian GAAP
Hands on experience on local DT and IDT law and rules
Management reporting experience-Cost center based
Able to drive process improvements and simplification

IS experience

Nice to have: SAP, Trintech
Good excel skills

Soft skills:

Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority
Strong math, analytical skills
Having Continuous improvement mindset
Good team management experience
Multi stake holder management
