Job Description

  • Setting up of the warehouse operations through Increff system
  • Monitor all operations at the warehouses Inward, Outward, Returns, Repacking, Inventory
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs of all Selling Platforms - % Breach, Order to Pack, Seller Cancellation, Pickup reattempts, Returns Processing TAT, SPF TATs etc.
  • Smart handling of operational & Tech issues with Selling platforms & thus avoid any business losses/interruptions
  • Ability to handle various stakeholders like Floor Operations, Warehouse managers, Marketplace Account managers etc
