Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure we are creating strategy and technical design for quality delivery & implementing features that meet the customer requirements
• Communicate effectively at different levels including senior leadership, peers, reporting team and other stakeholders to ensure clarity in all product/release quality-related progress and updates.
• Motivate the team by being hands-on, abreast with latest technological trends and demonstrating superior leadership skills.
• Participate and demonstrate expertise in Automation strategy; Design and develop frameworks and robust automation test scripts at both Unit and integration level.
• Conduct code reviews to manage automation code quality and guide teams for improvements and adherence of best practices.
• Build, lead and mentor the quality engineering organization. You not only recruit and hire stars but also know what it takes to grow the team and take it to the next level
• Guide, Develop and manage standards, methods, and/or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness and continuously work on bringing overall quality of the product
• Make suitable technical decisions to drive optimal use of appropriate automation frameworks and platforms
• Drive the Go/No-Go decisions for product releases
• Strive for excellence constantly to deliver a quality product and test faster-thought process
• Imbibe a culture of innovation and continuous learning in the team and quickly integrate them into the regular work.

Primary Requirement:

• Graduate in CS or equivalent with 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing QA teams, including SMART goal setting, scoping and estimations with clear communication .
• Solid knowledge of test architectural principles, concepts and application across web/cloud based technologies.
• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/Junit & hands-on framework development experience
• Hands-on experience with testing web applications, JEE multi-tier applications.
• Experience working with products in Core Java, Server side frameworks such as REST (Spring/SpringBoot), Hibernate & Front End technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred
• Experience with Appium/other Mobile testing tools
• Good Knowledge of CI/CD process and implementations.
• Strong in defining and developing Test Strategy, Test Plan along Estimations.
• Apt knowledge to leverage on the latest tools and techniques in Quality Engineering space
