Customer Experience Associate - Sales & Marketing" role is based in Hyderabad
Eligibility: MBA or PGDM is must. Candidates passed out in 2019 or 2020 from good institutes and with Engineering or Computers background are preferred.
Requirements : Exceptional fluency and articulation in English (both spoken and written) Good business & IT acumen, Excellent people skills, Presentation skills with Passion of Sales Good planning, analytical, management and organizational skills. Attitude - Do what it takes.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify business opportunities by online research and identifying prospects.Reach out to key decision-makers and connect with prospective clients to pitch them about the company's products
- Work closely with the sales team on proposals and demonstrate the product to prospective customers in multiple -geographies.
- Ensuring that the company's product can deliver on the customer's requirements with comprehensive understanding and capturing customer's business and technical requirements.
- Act as the bridge between sales and development/product teams by interacting with Product
- Managers to relay customer requests.
- Provide support to customers via meetings, phone or email and deliver technical expertise to the client throughout the sales process
- Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information.Provide required information to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
