1. Audit the documents forwarded by the shipper for compliance and coordinate with them and the broker to resolve issues if any.
2. Coordinate with various government agencies such as Customs, Airport Authority of India for timely upliftment of our shipments so that they can meet further connections.
3. Assist the BD/ Sales having any custom clearance concerns.
4. Monitor various other functions of Export LV and HV bonded clearance.

1. Signing on Bill of Entries as per Express Courier Regulation for LV Clearance.
2. Coordinate with the broker and other commercial airlines to ensure timely clearance of all shipments landed in Chennai
3. To coordinate with the Consignee/Consignees broker and obtain the required documents for custom clearance. Also, to ensure timely issuance of Delivery order and documents to consignee affecting self clearance.
4. Monitor various other functions of HV Cargo (Formal Entry) clearance.
5. Generate different MIS reports as required by the Management for analysis and improvement of Border Clearance processes
