Assistant Sales Manager Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Role : Assistant Sales Manager
Experience :5 - 8 years
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:- Graduation or Post graduate in any field.

Job description :

Hiring and mentoring a team of motivated 8-10 BDM-EC across assigned command area of branches
Monitoring daily sales calls to ensure acquisition process is followed including market coverage
Identifying business potential areas in assigned geographies and using enablers to guide team to success in converting same
Acquiring current accounts and activating clients on transactions, thereby responsible for current account float delivery against assigned targets
Identifying leads for acquisition of potential customers for Trade & Forex and assets products thus generating fee based revenue.
Imparting & refreshing product knowledge to team members; ensure complete updated product awareness within the team.
Lead generations for cross sales of Asset viz business banking, loan against property, credit card and business loan.
Responsible for client KYC and compliance towards transactions
Low team attrition
