Job Description

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post graduate degree.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 + years in customer service industry (preferably credit cards).

Job specifics kills: 1) Excellent written and verbal Communication skills in English and Hindi.

2) Minimum 2 years work experience in customer service department (preferably with a reputed bank or a telecom service provider)

3) Well-versed with professional communication etiquettes in regards to customer complaints and feedback.

4) Good computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)

5) Well-versed with intricacies of the credit card industry (preferably collections)

6) Patient listener.

7) Capable of Decision Making.

8) Good Interpersonal Skill.

9) Customer centric
