2) Minimum 2 years work experience in customer service department (preferably with a reputed bank or a telecom service provider)
3) Well-versed with professional communication etiquettes in regards to customer complaints and feedback.
4) Good computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
5) Well-versed with intricacies of the credit card industry (preferably collections)
6) Patient listener.
7) Capable of Decision Making.
