Position Description:
Role holder leads a team responsible for providing a complete accounting service to a designated group of clients. The Assistant Manager role is responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and quality whilst developing and Managing a team.
Key Responsibilities :
A. Service Delivery & escalation handling

1. Ensuring all the deliverables are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with the client
2. Perform necessary checks to maintain quality standards of deliverables
3. All the deliveries meet internal quality standards as defined time to time.
B. Client/Stakeholder engagement
1. Establish and maintain professional engagement with internal and external stake
holders to ensure delivery standards are adhered.
2. Any Feedback from stakeholders to be acknowledged all the time to maintain relationships.
3. Red flags, if any to be raised well in advance to the Sr Management with suggestive
corrective actions .

understood well (out of control of self-influence)
C. Adherence to Internal processes Regularity
Accuracy level 99%
1. Timely daily submission of AGRESSO.
2. Compliance to Internal HR and business processes.
3. Every flagged issue should be registered in the
Salesforce/ relevant issue management tool.
4. Ensure that the team follows the internal processes to raise the issue on time for AM
to follow the above.
5. Any learning from issues handles translate into process improvement, team learning
and knowledge sharing with peer groups.
D. SOP documentation, timely and regular updates
1. Creating and documenting ‘Standard operating procedures’ for the processes handled.
2. In case of approved changes, the same needs to be updated within 5 working days and
informed to the identified group.

1. Ensure the personal development plan is followed.
2. Trainings relevant to competence development are attended.
3. Work with the training department to ensure that development areas are covered.

Relevant Experience & Skills:
The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant/ Inter CA/ MBA/ICWA with a post qualification experience ranging from 2-4 yrs.
