Assistant Manager CRM Job Opportunity (with ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMMI Level 5) based in Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)

Role : Assistant Manager CRM
Experience :3 to 5 years
Location : Faridabad,(Suraj Kund Road)
Nearest Metro Station : Tugalkabad (10 min away from metro station)
Educational Qualification:- Graduation or Post graduate in specific field.

Job description:

Business process management or workflow management tool experience
Hands on use of MS Excel, MS Word and other tools
Excellent Analytical and logical reasoning skills
Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Financial statements
Self-learner and motivated
Good reporting skills
Versatile approach to tasks and situations
Ability to work in pressure and with-in dead lines
English Good
Experience in financial and cost analysis
Financial and Payments industry experience preferred
Understanding and learning experience in general technical aspects
Achieving cost and revenue efficiency assigned to the portfolio
Making revenue projection for CRM Services
Inventory analysis and management
Monitoring Insurance process for improvements and achieving efficiency
Performing weekly analysis of Spare Parts consumption and providing reports
Finding the gaps in current processes through business analysis and recommending improvements
Maintaining proper database of Cash Recycler Machines and using it for regular check on operations data
Regular interaction with internal teams to monitor and drive necessary actions
Providing regular reports/dashboards on progress made toward targets
