Job Description

The Role Responsibilities
  • Act as a functional resource for technology development requests including projects, small enhancements, upgrades, patches and break fix issues.
  • Trouble-shoot mapping, data conversion and ensure suitability to meet reporting requirements.
  • Verify the Solution meets the expectations of the business solution by performing rigorous User acceptance testing and obtaining the UAT Sign-off from respective Business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Business on the need & nature of change to leverage opportunities and manage challenges
  • Maintain timely & Quality delivery of all tasks / activities assigned.
  • Ensure the solution complies with the laid down process steps, bank s data quality and reporting standards
  • Should be able to adapt to the changes and quickly align with the new processes, operating models and other technological changes
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 4 years of professional experience as business change analyst in financial markets related banking products
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and regulatory frameworks
  • Degree (or similar) in Finance, Accounting or Economics with FRM certification preferred
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle and experience in delivering high quality business requirements and process design documentation in large / complex projects
  • Expert knowledge of control processes and methodologies used in a project and program management environment
  • Proficient at MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Ability to broker agreement amongst diverse stakeholders
  • Adherence to milestones in a time-sensitive, dynamic environment
  • Self-driven personality who assumes full ownership of his or her work
  • Ability to drive progress under uncertainty and frequently changing requirements
  • Good understanding of IFRS 9 requirements would be a plus
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication (English language)
