Job Description

Coordinating with business leaders to assess needs; designing, delivering & evaluating HR initiatives, enabling them to achieve business objectives & reflect best practices; analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. • Implementing diverse HR initiatives & policies; managing the activities of Talent Engagement, Promotions, Increment Cycles and Bonuses, leading to employee satisfaction and effective running of the organization. • Developing and implementing procedures including communication plans, performance reviews, new hire orientation, training programs, compensation, benefits planning and talent assessments. • Investigating & resolving employee relations related issues on a regular basis; assisting the managers in using the full range of HR policies to ensure timely settlement of issues. • Performing research and analysis on strategic executive succession planning, human capital infrastructure retention and knowledge management projects and making recommendations to senior management. • Managing performance culture within the organization; ensuring an effective &transparent process evaluation process; identifying talent landscape & key positions and treating the same in the needed manner as a part of Talent Planning. • Directing HR Data Analytics Operations for North India; drafting dashboards, reports & other MIS for the business. • Administering pulse connects, conducting exit interviews and taking charge of other engagement initiatives; managing HR Operations that include Employee Records, Employee Trajectory, Skill Matrix & PIP Roll-outs. • Resolving employee grievances; designing IDP for employees and helping them achieve the same. • Drafting communication & marketing plan and status reports, partnering the implementation with Hewitt and managing scorecards of managers. • Setting up machinery for performance management, compensation and training. • Engaging in end-to-end implementation of the project which include preparing project plan, questionnaires, UAT of tool and making all the status reports as a part of 360 Degree Feedback. • Executing 9 grid for various projects & teams and building action plans; drafting the OD calendar year wise, highlighting the projects to be done along with their schedules and timelines. • Putting into practice the policies and participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and following up to ensure training objectives are met Please refer to the Job description above.
