Responsible for achieving the Fee Income Target, WIRR and Cross Sell targets.
Ensure the PDDs are well within the limits of the branch and closely track with Sales Officers.
Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player
To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance
Manage and lead Sales Manager and sales Officers at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads and achieve volumes and targeted market share in respective Used car dealership / DSAs.
Develop and manage customers and DSA/ Dealer relationships through face to face interactions
Responsible for staffing optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team
