Job Description

  • Trading of formulated products, Responsible for defining the Sales Strategy.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.
  • Initiate the market research and develop the existing or new product line.
  • Manage costs, promotion spends within budgets.
  • Follow up Overdue payments of credit dealers directly or through concerned sales person.
  • Coordinate with Plant production & A/c to ensure timely delivery of finished product.
  • Analyze & report market survey data & competitor information collected by sales team.
  • Monitor Yellow list dealers visit by sales team & visit dealers of own list to convince & convert.

Required Candidate profile

Any graduate / MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience

Poultry sales experience must

Ready to travel across Tamil Nadu

Good communication skills
