Daily fashion sales tracking and review of SM/ASM/DM of non performing stores and giving guidance. Ensure display standard maintained as per MPM in all the stores floor, window, cluster through regular store visits and audits. Ensure proper inventory management through reverse logistics and warehouse management enabling real time replenishment on floor hence minimizing sales loss. Regular training of sales team to ensure high standard of customer service faster complaint resolutions across stores. Ensure excellence in human and non human touch points to provide great shopping experience to our customers and exceeding their expectations.
