Job Description

  • A bachelor's/ BS/BCA/MCA degree degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.
  • Must have experience of programming languages, such as Java and exposure to Databases such as MSSQL and Postgre
  • Must have experience of Unix/Linux based applications, including a very good knowledge in Unix/Linux commands.
  • Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS, REST Webservices are preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and third-party clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
  • Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
  • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
  • Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
