Work on and deliver benchmarking requests by using appropriate data sources and searching the identified sources to locate the information required • Organize benchmarking findings into meaningful deliverables to the requestor • Obtain training on the relevant databases, acquire knowledge required to use the databases efficiently • Provide input on best practices and process optimization opportunities • Churn out varied work requests in short turnaround time • Manage client expectations and deliver the quality required by clients within the expected turnaround time • Manage team dynamics, maintain optimum utilization of the team, coach and mentor team members • Provide new insights in developing proprietary benchmarking database and grow existing businesses Ability to analyse and anticipate client requests, interpret asks and act according to expectationsGood reasoning and analytical abilityAdvanced Statistical concepts for quantitative benchmarkingCapable of designing benchmarking database from varied data source which enhance quality and productivityGood understanding of benchmarking databases (APQC etc.) including knowledge on the taxonomy used for activitiesGood working knowledge in MS Office toolsEffective verbal and written communications skillsSelf-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a teamSelf-starter with ability to multi-task and constantly reprioritizeGood interpersonal skillsLeadership skills.
