Job Description:

Preparation of qualitative and quantitative data to support project development activities
Close coordination with the consultants / key people involved at customer end for Pre-Qualification & Technical Specification management.
SWOT analysis of the market for WTP & WWTP.
Technical Presentations to consultants and prospective customers to ensure the issuance of inquiry in desired form.
Review mechanism of enquiry received / generated through Bid / No Bid Decision by way of generating Techno-commercial Project Synopsis
Identifying partners / Aligning with companies for Pre Bid Tie ups and JVs / Consortiums as per the tender requirement.
Develop & Drafting of JV / MOU /NDA agreement as required for bidding process.
Active participation in Pre-Tender & Pre-Bid meetings upon submission of Pre-bid Queries and discussing with consultants / clients for its timely responses.
Site visits for clarity on technical requirements / for local partner selection for civil work / evaluation of local issues affecting the execution.
