Job Description :
1) Preparation and issuance of Id cards for employees
2) Coordination with vendors with respect to their monthly payments
3.) Coordination with SSC for updation and followup on all vendor IPST payments
4.) Handling of daily IPST reports
5.) Assisting Manager IPST relating to estate management, official get togethers etc.
6.) Handling housekeeping pertaining to common area and TCF plant
7.) Handling customer visits.
8.) Coordination ins supporting long service awards, all employee engagement initiatives, sports activities etc.
9.) Assisting in CAPEX preparation and coordinating for the completion of CAPEX requirement of IPST
10) Assisting Manager IPST for preparation of documents related to compliance
11) Supporting CSR projects
