ADG Online Solutions Pvt Ltd(CMMI Level 5) is looking for Onsite Support Data Center role at Ramgarh (Chandigarh) Location (Ministry of Defense)
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Diploma / BCA/ Any IT stream with 1+ year of experience in 24x7 Data Center operations & monitoring. The expert should be able to monitor & take logs of all the Data Center hardware and network devices.
RESPONSBILITIES
a)The team should be responsible for 24x7x365 monitoring of all operations of Data Centre & Network Infrastructure to ensure its functioning.
b)The activities will also include Network Monitoring, Fault Management, logging Hardware Configuration Changes, taking routine Back-ups of all types of switches, routers and firewalls as per the schedule made by TBRL.
c)The team will also perform planned Shutdown/Start of all the Data Center hardware (Servers, Switches, Routers, and Firewalls etc.) and Oracles PeopleSoft application components on demand basis.
d)Monitor the applications like mailing, web portal etc. running on network on a day to- day basis to ensure that the application functions reliably.
e)The team will perform on call support 24X7 for Field operations.
f)The team will support in restoring the hardware units which have gone out of service after routine exercise.
g)The team will sit inside data center (NOC room) on shift basis to perform the operations & monitoring activities.
