End User administration ,Active Directory Upgrade and Migration ,M365 consolidation AD Architect
Migration Support- The Migration Support is responsible for providing technical support to the Active Directory and M365 consolidation team to ensure deliverables are met and end user experience is streamlined. Key Responsibilities: Work alongside the Active Directory and M365 consolidation team to gain an understanding of the tools and methodologies used Deliver on service commitments and be the point of contact for end user issues post migration. Execute and monitor mass migration batches based on the piloted methodologies Conduct research and assist in problem resolution Set up accounts and workstations Troubleshoot issues and outages Build any required technical documentation and manuals. Troubleshooting system and server errors. Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors. End user profile administration including Windows and Outlook profiles Conduct discovery exercises to identify servers and their roles. Assist in any other activities as it relates to the Active Directory and M365 consolidation General Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: Demonstrated ability and passion for the delivery of high-quality support experiences. Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal and skills in communication, both written and verbal at all levels of an organization. Proven expertise in the management of KPIs and Service Level Agreements in the delivery of End User Services. Thorough understanding and knowledge of industry best practices. Ability to prioritize and act in high-pressure situations. Project Specific Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: Five (5) or more years of End User experience, preferably in large multi-location businesses Five (5) or more years of End User administration including domain user and Outlook profiles Five (5) or more years of Active Directory Upgrade and Migration experience Five (5) or more years of migration from on premises platforms to M365 services including Exchange Online Experience in Tenant to Tenant migrations Experience in Cross Forest Active Directory Migration 9 yrs
