Candidate is expected to work primarily in payroll function which includes payroll processing, related accounting and statutory compliances. Therefore, relative experience in payroll is preferred but not mandatory.
Accounting- Preparation journal entries along with backups, Account reconciliations, Variance analysis & Reporting etc.
Auditing- Assistance in statutory & internal audit to ensure accurate & timely completion
Compliances- Assistance in Direct & Indirect Tax compliances
Computer Systems: Good Experience in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel,
Good Experience of Working in ERP Environment particularly Oracle, Hyperion etc.
Soft Skills: Excellent written & oral communication skills with ability to work as a team player in a dynamic work environment.
