Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from getting requirement to on boarding of candidates.
  • Analyze requirements from clients, assign them and have a close follow up with the Recruiting Teams
  • Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
  • Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
  • Create and maintain database of potential Clients.
  • Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients.
  • Responsible for total teams sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.
  • Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screen them and engage with the candidates.
  • Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  • Management of candidates to meeting client expectation on an ongoing basis and mining for additional business.
  • Strategic planning & execution.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • At-least 4+ years of experience 
  • Should have experience in Delivery, Client Interaction and Team Handling.
  • Should have prior experience in managing compete Implementing Partners and Direct clients.
  • Should have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.
  • Experience in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
  • Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
  • Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
  • Exposure to various IT & Non-IT Technologies, Domains, and Functional areas
  • Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.
  • Be hands on in above activities and contribute significantly to the total closures.
  • Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
  • Keep the team motivated for superior results.
  • Experience in handling multiple clients escalations/issues
  • Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets.
  • Successful track record of client management, and recruitment operations
  • Should have extensively worked in MSP model recruitment. Exposure to multiple VMS and navigation techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations
