Professional Qualifications
7- 10 years experience in the Telecommunications industry
Experience in New vendor selection and managing the relationship with international telecom carriers.
Managing procurement of data services like IPLC, FR, MPLS, L2 circuits, Ethernet, DSL etc,
Experience in Circuit price negotiations.
Strong background in network planning & Solutions.
Experience in Network Optimization and/ or cost reductions.
Proven experience with international contract/ MSA management and negotiation.
Local Access and or other Telecom Pricing team experience
Strong knowledge of Access technologies and solutions like NNI, Private line, Frame, MPLS, Ethernet, DSL, etc
Handle service delivery and operational issues with vendors as part of vendor management.
Handle and negotiate billing disputes when required
Excellent and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills required.
The ability to motivate and drive change within the organization. Education
Bachelor degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience
